The Weapons Law Department (SG ZA 12) can be reached by telephone at the following times:

Mondays from 09:00 - 12:00,
Wednesdays from 14:00 - 15:30 and
Thursdays from 09:00 - 12:00.

Outside office hours, you can contact us by e-mail (at za12.duisburg@polizei.nrw.de) or by post (Duisburg Police Headquarters, Department ZA 12, Ulmenstr. 32, 47226 Duisburg).
A personal presentation is only possible after prior appointment by telephone or in writing.
