Traffic accident

A traffic accident occurred on Borlefzener Kirchweg at 7.20 a.m. yesterday (9.9.). A 17-year-old woman from Vlotho was riding her motorcycle in the direction of Mindener Straße. At Lerchenweg, a bus stopped at the side of the road and the motorcyclist overtook it. Suddenly, a 7-year-old boy from Vlotho stepped onto the road behind the bus to cross the road. There was a collision between the 17-year-old and the pedestrian, who was slightly injured as a result. After the parents and guardians were called to the scene, the child was taken for a medical examination. The motorcycle sustained property damage of around 500 euros.
