Road traffic hazard

(jd) An attentive witness informed the police yesterday (6.1.) at 5.30 a.m. because he noticed an Opel: The car drove in serpentine lines several times from the street Am Autohof, endangering other road users, including a cyclist at Wilhelmstraße. Thanks to the witness's description, the police officers who arrived were able to identify the car on Weidemaschstraße. The driver described by the witness, a 48-year-old woman from Bünder, was in the car. She showed clear signs of alcohol consumption and was therefore taken to the Bünder police station to have a blood sample taken. Here she was banned from driving vehicles requiring a license. After the police measures were completed, the 48-year-old was released on the spot.
