(jd) The road safety advisors of the Herford district police authority offer a free service for citizens: They check bicycles for road safety. Bicycles, pedelecs and e-bikes are checked, particularly with regard to brakes, lights and reflectors.
If the bicycle is roadworthy, the bike is given a corresponding sticker. Independently of the bike check, the road safety advisors are also available to answer questions on all road safety issues.
On Thursday (4 July), the road safety check of bicycles will take place from 14:00 to 164:00 at the Löhne police station, Oeynhausener Straße 54.
