Both drivers sustained minor chest injuries as a result of the collision. Both were taken to hospital in Bad Oeynhausen for outpatient treatment. The heavily damaged vehicles (EUR 16,000) had to be towed away from the scene of the accident. Leaking operating fluids were removed by the Löhne fire department.
