The police officers in the district of Euskirchen are now on patrol in a new outfit. The new "home shirts" from the State Office for Central Police Services (LZPD NRW) arrived and were issued at the Euskirchen district police authority before the start of the European Football Championships.

This gives the officers the opportunity to wear a functional and comfortable polo shirt in addition to the short-sleeved shirt, especially in summer temperatures.

The new shirts were put through their paces by police officers beforehand. The new summery look will certainly come as a surprise at first, but is already the norm in many European vacation countries.
