(hd) On Sunday (05/01/2025) at 13:05, a traffic accident occurred in Westerenger in which one person was slightly injured. A 25-year-old man was driving his VW Golf on Wertherstraße coming from Enger in the direction of Werther in wintry weather conditions. The driver lost control of his car due to the slippery road surface. He veered off the road to the left and collided with a tree. The 25-year-old sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. The car was considerably damaged. The damage to property is estimated at around 21,000 euros.
