Wegberg - On July 23 (Tuesday), a previously unknown woman entered a store on Maaseiker Straße at around 11.30 a.m. and pretended to want to buy a dog shampoo. She paid for the item with a 200 euro bill. After the shopkeeper handed over the change, the shopper asked her to change the change back into a smaller denomination. After this had happened, the woman suddenly lost interest in the purchase. At the same time, the businesswoman noticed that two 50 euro bills were missing. Shortly afterwards, the stranger quickly left the store.

The suspect was around 155 to 160 centimetres tall, was well-groomed and appeared to be from south-eastern Europe. She was dressed in dark clothes and had long black hair that she wore loose.
