The Warendorf District Police Department is open for unrestricted visits during the specified office hours, even without an appointment.
 

In an emergency, matters relating to firearms law can be dealt with by telephone, by email to za12.warendorf [at] polizei.nrw.de (za12[dot]warendorf[at]polizei[dot]nrw[dot]de) or in writing.
Letters and applications (in envelopes) can also be posted in the blue letterbox located in front of the main entrance.
