The public prosecutor's office, the federal police, DB Station & Service AG, Rheinbahn AG, DB Netz AG, DB Regio NRW GmbH, DB Sicherheit GmbH, DB Group Security and the City of Düsseldorf's public order and service department are all involved.
The law and order partnership serves to improve cooperation on security issues.

Ordnungspartnerschaft "Crime prevention and presence projects"

The public order partnership has existed between the police, OSD and the city of Düsseldorf since 2006.
The appearance of problematic groups in crime-ridden areas (hotspots) and the development of areas of fear are monitored.
There is an exchange of situation reports as well as the mutual transmission of situation-relevant operational findings and event-related, joint situation interventions.

Ordnungspartnerschaft Doppelstreifen "Polizei/ Ordnungs- und Servicedienst " (OSD) der Stadt Düsseldorf

The cooperation agreement has been in place between the City of Düsseldorf and the Düsseldorf Police Headquarters since September 2006.
To improve the subjective and objective security situation, double patrols (OSD and officers from the police inspectorates) are carried out at a local level, depending on the situation.

Ordnungspartnerschaft "Universitätscampus"

Women were victims of sexual offenses in remote areas of the university campus.
The number of theft offenses on the university campus is very high.
The police, the University Hospital, the Student Union and the University of Applied Sciences are involved in the law and order partnership.
There is a service telephone for escort service across the university campus for women in the evening hours by security officers.

Ordnungspartnerschaft "Aktion Sicherheit für Radfahrerinnen und Radfahrer" (Safety for cyclists campaign)

This public order partnership has existed since 2013.
The sponsors of the "See and be seen" campaign are the police, the city and Verkehrswacht Düsseldorf.
