Requests to collect letters from the Dortmund police department are published here. The letters could not be delivered to the addressee for various reasons. The requests for collection are posted for two weeks, after which the letter from Dortmund Police Department is deemed to have been delivered to the addressee (public service).

This so-called public notice is permissible in accordance with Section 10 LZG NRW.
