The district of Düren is divided into three areas with the police stations PW Düren, PW Jülich and PW Kreuzau.
The head of the Düren district police authority is District Administrator Wolfgang Spelthahn.
Head of the police department is Chief Police Director Stefan Thomaßen.
He is supported by the management team. The Düren district police authority is also divided into the Directorates of Emergency Response/Employment, Crime, Traffic and Central Tasks.
A total of 420 police officers and 48 administrative officers and government employees currently work here.
