In individual cases, it may be helpful or even necessary to discuss the course of your planned meeting in a so-called cooperation meeting. In this case, the assembly authority will contact you to arrange an appointment.

An assembly or demonstration is not approved by the police, but only confirmed. The police must maintain neutrality and may not make a political assessment of the topics of the demonstration. However, in certain cases, the event can be made subject to certain conditions or even banned altogether if there is a concrete threat to public safety or order based on comprehensible forecasts.
