Each of these S-Bahn trains stops at the "Völklinger Straße" stop. The walk to the Völklinger Straße 49 office premises takes about five minutes.

Both streetcar lines stop at the "Georg-Schulhoff-Platz" stop. The walk to the authorities' premises at Völklinger Straße 49 takes about five minutes.

Important note: Private vehicles can be parked free of charge in the parking lots on the Völklinger Straße authority grounds, which are not reserved for official vehicles. Private vehicles are responsible for parking there. Parking is monitored by a private provider, currently Park & Control, which is commissioned by BLB NRW as the responsible site administrator. Day parking permits are issued by the gate service of the LKA NRW. In order to avoid possible sanctions by Park & Control, the passes must be deposited in a clearly visible place in the private vehicle immediately after handover.
